Information you provide directly. When you request early access, create an account, contact us, or fill out a form, we collect information such as your name, email address, company name, job title, phone number, and any other information you choose to provide.
Usage data. We automatically collect information about how you interact with our services, including IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, features used, timestamps, and session duration.
Device and technical data. We collect device identifiers, screen resolution, language preferences, and other technical data to optimize our services.
Customer data. When you use our data infrastructure platform, you may process data through our services ("Customer Data"). SK8 processes Customer Data on your behalf as a data processor. We do not access, use, or share Customer Data except as necessary to provide the services or as required by law.
We use the information we collect to: (a) provide, operate, maintain, and improve our services; (b) process and complete transactions and send related information; (c) communicate with you about your account, updates, security alerts, and support messages; (d) respond to your comments, questions, and requests; (e) monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities; (f) detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent transactions and other illegal activities; (g) personalize and improve your experience; and (h) comply with legal obligations. Customer Data is retained in accordance with your service agreement and deleted upon termination of services, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
